They were delayed due to heat press going out but they communicated with me every step of the way, they apologized, but I understand completely that things happen. OMG! Look how CUTE this watch band is! The print is vivid, and the band is super soft. The watch band that came with my watch rubbed my skin off and always irritated it. But I haven’t had any issues with this one! Girl! Thank you so much! I love it!!!
