FAQ-Shipping

Items will be shipped within 7-10 days once the order is paid for and completed.  Custom orders may take longer. We will communicate with you along the process.

Please trust that it is equally as frustrating for us, as it is you when this happens! We work hard to get orders out and when they end up with delays, it feels as if all our hard work just went to waste.

Unfortunately, once your package is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have any control over it. The tracking history you see is the same for all parties, including the carrier. 

If your package was shipped via USPS, they require a 2-week waiting period from the date your package was accepted, in order to file a claim. Once the 2-week period has been reached, you can then go online and file your claim.

This is a very unfortunate situation that does occur from time to time. If you did not receive your package but the tracking information states it was delivered, you must submit a claim. As the customer and recipient, it is your responsibility to submit your own claim. Blue Collar Boujee Boutique will NOT file it for you! 

We do our very best to insure all items are safely packaged, before leaving our store. Although it is very unfortunate when situations like this occur, Blue Collar Boujee Boutique is NOT responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. This solely lies with the shipping carrier and any neglect shown must be addressed with them directly. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and providing all necessary pictures and proof needed.
